I’m so honored that you are here.
I’m on a mission to serve all those who are ready to experience deep transformation.
My journey began when I was quite young. Even as a child, I questioned the way our society was structured and the purpose of our human species on this magnificent planet. I had this deeply intuitive, subtle inkling that there was so much more that we could be experiencing and expressing.
I wondered why we weren’t able to tap into our full potential as human beings—whose birthright is to experience beauty, love, and joy while also learning a thing or two along the way.
These questions inspired me to travel widely across the world. I explored eastern religions and yogic philosophy. I studied psychology and learned about Soul Integration. I became a mother to three beautiful children—experiencing all the joys and challenges of pregnancy and the birthing process.
And I found my way, eventually, to hypnotherapy—a modality which I’ve come to see as the most direct way to help people unwind the root cause of mental and emotional suffering. By diving deep into the subconscious mind, it’s possible to recognize and transform mental challenges and emotional disharmony. The result of such work is usually vibrant health and radiant wellbeing.
I graduated from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, which is a fully accredited professional training program licensed by the Florida Department of Education.
I trained directly with Matthew J. Brownstein, founder of the institute and a leading practitioner in the field.
I am certified in clinical, transpersonal, and interpersonal hypnotherapy. I’m also a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (IAIH): an organization dedicated to setting the standard for the education and ethical practice of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists worldwide.
My deepest desire is for you to experience life in all its magnificence. I want you to embrace yourself with love, compassion, and forgiveness. I want you to discover and enjoy the infinite, eternal, and indestructible Light that is the core of who you are; and share this effortless blessing with your loved ones and the world.
Our world needs more joy, and this work is my contribution to making sure there is more of it.
